摘要
研究了180℃、硫酸镁的浓度为20%的过饱和溶液的结晶动力学规律.结果表明,该体系只析出一水硫酸镁一种固相,利用单纯形优化法配合RungeKuta微分方程组数值解法对实验数据进行处理,拟合得到结晶过程的动力学方程为:-dC/dt=0.118(C-0.417),结晶过程受晶体生长控制.
The supersaturated solutions of MgSO\-4H\-2O system containing 20 % MgSO\-4 were prepared and the experiments of its crystallization at 180 were carried out in high pressured vessel. Only a solid phase MgSO\-4H\-2O separates out from the system. With the aid of simplex optimum method and RungeKutta digital solution of set of differential equations, the experimental data were fitted. The crystallization kinetics of MgSO\-4H\-2O in the system meets the crystal growth control model at 180 , and kinetic equation is as follows:\ -d\%C\%/d\%t\%=0.118(\%C\%-0.417), which is the most simple form during the process of crystallization.
