摘要
利用硼砂的助熔作用以及B对Si的取代特性,将硼砂与粉煤灰(CFA)混合并在高温下烧结,烧结熟料用硫酸溶液浸取,从而实现粉煤灰铝质组分提取。结果显示w(Na2B4O7)∶w(CFA)=0.5时,900℃烧结5minCFA中氧化铝浸出率超过95%,烧结1h,浸出率大于99%,继续升高烧结温度或延长烧结时间,则浸出率下降。借鉴现有硫酸法制硼酸工艺可以同时实现粉煤灰提铝与硼酸制备。
In order to extract aluminum from coal fly ash (CFA) borax was added due to its fluxing action and the sub- stitution of boron for Si. The mixture was sintered at high temperature and then leached using sulfuric acid solution. The results showed that more than 95% of aluminum in CFA was extracted from the mixture (w(Na2 B4 O7 ) : w(CFA) =0. 5) sintered at 900 ℃ for 5 minutes and more than 99% of aluminum was from one hour-sintered mixture. The amount of aluminum extraction decreased when the sintering temperature was higher than 900 ℃ and the sintering time was longer than 1 h. The extraction of aluminum from CFA and the preparation of boric acid are possible to be achieved simultaneously based on present sulfuric acid-borate process.
