摘要
以盐酸作为矿物分解剂,煤油作为萃取稀释剂,异辛醇作为硼酸萃取剂,采用浸取萃取相结合的方法对低品位硼镁矿进行处理以制取硼酸。分析采用络合滴定法和离子交换分离/酸碱滴定法分别对样品中镁和硼的含量进行测定。采用循环部分母液的办法,以达到提高硼酸萃取率的效果。通过理论分析获得母液循环的浓度公式,实验结果显示当母液循环量为总量的1/3时,循环次数在2次以上,硼酸的四级萃取率就可以达到95%以上。
Using hydrochloric acid as decomposition agent, kerosene as diluent, ethylhexanol as extractant, boric acid was extracted from Liaoning-Kuandian low-grade mineral of boron and magnesium via the method of extraction and leaching. The amount of boron and magnesium of the sample was determined respectively by complexometric titration and ion exchange separation acid-base titration. With the approach of the recycling of the mother liquor, the extraction rate of boric acid can be improved. The concentration formula of cycling mother liquor can be achieved by theoretical analysis. The experiment results show that the four extraction rate of boric acid can reach more than 95% when the circulation rate is 1/3 of the mother liquor and the circulation times is more than 2 or more.
