摘要
目的:评价护肝宁片在治疗肝脏病方面的有效性和安全性。方法:分析该药的配伍特点和作用机制,列举实例和相关专业研究阐述和分析护肝宁片在治疗乙型肝炎、非酒精性脂肪肝以及各种药物性肝损伤等方面的临床疗效。结果:各项观察数据和研究结果均表明,护肝宁片在临床应用当中能显著改善患者的临床症状,具有良好的保肝降酶作用,未见明显不良反应。结论:护肝宁片在治疗各种肝脏疾病方面疗效确切、稳定、安全性好、不良反应小。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Proheparinum tablet for liver diseases.METHODS：The compatible characteristics and mechanism of action of Proheparinum Tablets were analyzed.The clinical efficacy of Proheparinum Tablets for hepatitis B,nonalcoholic fatty liver and various drug-induced liver injury were analyzed by drawing examples and referring to pertinent literature.RESULTS：The observation data and research results showed that Proheparinum Tablets could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with liver diseases,showing good action in liver protection and enzyme reduction yet without presence of apparent side effects.CONCLUSION：Treatment of various liver diseases with Proheparinum Tablets showed is of confirmed stable curative efficacy and good safety with few side effects.
