中华鳖穿孔病的免疫预防研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择对中华鳖毒力最强的嗜水气单胞菌C—3菌株和产碱假单胞菌C—2菌株,制成福尔马林灭活二联菌苗(F—AP)及Span白油佐剂菌苗(S-AP),对中华鳖进行了注射免疫试验。通过检测血清中的凝集抗体效价、血液和脾脏中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性和测定强毒攻击的免疫保护率,证实了2种免疫原对中华鳖均具有较强的免疫原性,免疫保护率达90%以上。此外,对菌苗的最佳免疫途径进行了研究,结果以注射组效果最好,免疫保护率为90%,口服免疫组、浸泡免疫组的免疫保护率达48%以上。 The virulent strains of Aeromonas hydrophila (C - 3 ) and Pseudomonas alcaligenes (C -2) were chasen and formed formalin - killed two - combination vaccine(F - An) and Span white oily aduvant vaccine (S - AP). These vaccines were injected into turtles. It was proved that two immunogens had strong immunogenicity in turtle by examing agglutinating antithey titers in the serum,phagocytic activity in the bbo and spleen and determining relative percent survival post challenged with virulent live bacteria, in which the relative survival percentage were all over 90%. Besides, the most immunized ways of vaccine was studied. The most immunogenic effect was the injecting group, in which the relative survival percentage was 90 %. The elative survival percentage of oral and immersion groups were all over 48%.
