摘要
从具有典型穿孔病症状的中华鳖体中分离到C-1,C-2,C-3,C-4,C-55株细菌,经人工感染试验均对健康鳖产生了较强的致病力,出现与自然病鳖相同的症状,由此证实这5菌株是中华鳖穿孔病的病原菌。对菌体形态特征、培养特性和生理生化反应的鉴定,证明致病菌为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonashydrophila)和产碱假单胞菌(Pseudomonasalcaligenes)。同时进行了病原菌的药敏试验,提出了较为有效的防治该病的措施。
Five strains, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4 and C-5 were isolated from the moribundsoft- shelled turtles. Throungh the artificial infortion all the strains tested had a highepathogedcity. They could seriously infect the healthy juvenile turtles with a similar charactersto natural diseased ones. It was proved that they were the pathogens of caverned disease. Ac-cording to the morphological feaures of the bacterium, cultural performances, and physio -biochemical reactions, these strains had been identified as Aeromonas hydrophila and Pseu-domonas alcaligenes. Meanwhile medicines susceptibility trials of pathogens were studied, af-fering comparatively effective measnres to prevent and treat this disease.
