护理本科专业综合毕业技能考核实践

Practice of comprehensive skill examination in nursing undergraduates

摘要 目的探讨综合毕业技能考核的效果。方法在2004、2005级护理毕业生中实施综合毕业技能考核,选取2005级1班的学生进行复本测验,抽取其实习中期技能成绩和毕业技能成绩进行信度和效度评价,问卷调查学生和临床教师对考核的满意度。结果 2004、2005级护理毕业技能成绩(80.36±11.12和83.71±10.21)=3.29,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。信度分析:r=0.830,P<0.01;效度分析:r=0.858,P<0.01。学生和临床教师对考核的效果评价较好。结论综合毕业技能考核能有效评价学生的技能水平,对培养学生的综合素质有重要的导向作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive skills in the graduation exam.Methods The comprehensive skill examination was carried out in Grade 2004 and 2005,and the results were statistically analyzed.The students in Class 1,Grade 2005 were participated in the repeated test.The scores in interim practice skill and graduation skill were taken to analyze their reliability and validity.Through questionnaire,the satisfaction of students and teachers were investigated. Results The average scores of Grade 2004 and 2005 were 80.36±11.12,83.71±1.21,respectively,u=3.29,P0.01. The difference was statistically significant through the comparison.Reliability analysis:r=0.830,P0.01,and validity analysis:r=0.858,P0.01.Conclusions The comprehensive skill examination can evaluate the level of student's skills effectively and plays an important leading role in students' comprehensive quality.
