Application of Air-staged and Low NO_x Emission Combustion Technology in Plant Boiler

摘要 在一台SG–420/13.7–W756煤粉锅炉上进行了空气分级低NOx燃烧技术应用,研究了空气分级技术的NOx脱出效果,分析该技术对锅炉效率、结渣等的影响。采用空气分级燃烧技术,通过合理配风,改造后锅炉NOx排放量降低到379mg/m3(折算到?(O2)=6%),NOx脱除率达到37.8%。改造后运行采用低氧燃烧,锅炉效率有所提高。采用了低NOx燃烧器、风包粉等防结渣技术,改造没有给锅炉带来结渣的问题。 An air-staged and low NOx emission combustion technology was studied with a SG–420/13.7–W756 boiler. Data about the effects of nitrogen oxide emissions were obtained. The influence of the technology on the efficiency of the boiler and the slagging condition was analyzed, and methods for slagging prevention, such as low NOx burner and air surrounding fuel technology were used to draw the main conclusions as follows: i) With the adjustment of the air proportion among different injectors, the nitrogen oxide emission of the boiler is reduced to 379mg/m3@6%O2 achieving a removal rate of 37.8%. ii) The efficiency of the boiler is increased by the operation with low oxygen concentration. iii) The air-staged and Low NOx Combustion does not bring about slagging problem.
