摘要
采用降低总过量空气系数、增加燃尽风(分级二次风)份额和动压头、适当增加含粉三次风等方法,实现了乌拉山发电厂3号锅炉燃料分级燃烧改造。对改造后锅炉进行了运行试验,结果表明,脱氮效果明显,锅炉效率也有提高。
Adopting methods, such as lowering the total excess air ratio, increasing the share of burn up air (staged secondary air) and the kinetic pressure, as well as suitably increasing the tertiary air containing pulverized coal, etc. , retrofit of fuel staged burning for boiler no. 3 in Wulashan Power Plant has been realized, and operation test of the retrofitted boiler being carried out. Results show that the effectiveness of denitrification is remarkable, and the boiler efficiency being also enhanced.
