摘要
从设备、运行及控制3方面对某330MW机组对冲燃烧锅炉的风道振动、燃烧不稳、喷口结焦等问题进行了分析,发现这是由于暖风器阻力大引起风机工作状态不正确、锅炉配风控制逻辑及配风方式不当所致。通过减少暖风器阻力,修正控制逻辑,优化调整配风方式后,上述问题得以解决,锅炉热效率上升了0.75%,厂用电率下降0.2%,NOx排放量降低约50%。
From equipment, operation and control aspects,investigation on problems occurred on a 330MW opposed-firing boiler was performed, such as air duct vibration,instable combustion and nozzle slagging. The incorrect working status of fans and improper air distribution mode and con- trol logic which caused by large resistance in steam air heater were considered as the major rea- sons. After decreasing the resistance in steam air heater, revising the control logic, and optimizing the air distribution mode, the problems mentioned above were totally solved. Moreover, the boiler efficiency increased by 0.75 %, the auxiliary power consumption rate decreased by 0.2 %, and the NOx emission dropped by 50%.
