摘要
北钢炼铁厂360 m2烧结机通过调整操作参数,适当提高混合料水分、焦煤粉配比和烧结料层厚度,将火箭粉、扬迪粉、PB粉等褐铁矿配比逐步提高到45%左右,其产量、质量达到了国内同类型企业的先进水平,既充分利用了矿粉资源,又降低了烧结矿成本,为同类型企业烧结配加褐铁矿提供了宝贵的经验。
The proportion of limonite like Rocket fines, Yandicoogina fines and Pilbara Blend fines is gradually increased to about 45% for the 360m^2 sinter machine of Beisteel Iron-Making Plant by adjusting operation parameters, increasing mixture moisture, coke breeze-coal fines ratio and sintering bed depth, the sinter output and quality reaches the advanced level of similar domestic enterprises, the ore fines resources are utilized fully, and the sinter cost is reduced, and valuable experience is provided for addition of limonite in similar enterprises.
