摘要
介绍了带式烧结机的工况及设备参数，分析了烧结机滑道漏风的原因，通过采用新型滑道密封润滑脂——脲基润滑脂，不仅解决了滑道润滑难题，也明显降低了烧结机的漏风率，提高了烧结机的效率，节约了能源和维护成本。
Present the equipment parameters and operating condition of the straight-line sintering machine, and analyze the reasons of the slideway air leakage. By adopting new type slideway sealing grease-urea grease, solve the difficult problem existing in slideway lubrication, decrease the air leakage rate greatly, improve the sintering machine efficiency and save the energy source and maintenance costs.
