摘要
目的:考察王氏保赤丸(大黄、黄连、川贝、制南星等)对高脂血症的影响。方法:采用小鼠急性高脂血症模型和家兔高脂血症模型,分别在造模前后用王氏保赤丸干预,检测动物血脂变化和对血流变的影响。结果:在小鼠急性高脂血症模型中,王氏保赤丸78、234、702mg/kg剂量组均能显著降低血清甘油三酯(TG)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)水平;家兔高脂血症模型中,王氏保赤丸能显著降低高脂血症动物模型血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平及LDL/HDL(高密度脂蛋白)比值,还能有效降低家兔高脂模型动脉粥样硬化指数,降低全血黏度。结论:王氏保赤丸对治疗模型动物高脂血症具有明确的预防和治疗作用,还能改善血流变。
AIM： To observe the effect of Wangshi Baochi Pill（Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Coptidis,Bul-bus Fritillariae cirrhosae,Rhizoma Arisaematis preparatum,etc. ） on hyperlipidemia. METHODS： The mouse acute hyperlipidemia model and rabbit hyperlipidemia model were used. The blood lipid and hemorheological index were tested to measure the effect of Wangshi Baochi Pill on hyperlipidemia animal through administration before or after making models. RESULTS： Wangshi Baochi Pill could lower TG significantly at 78,234,702 mg/kg dosage in mouse acute hyperlipidemia model. It could lower TC,LDL,LDL/HDL,atherosclerotic index and whole blood viscosity in rabbit hyperlipidemia model. CONCLUSION： Wangshi Baochi Pill has preventive and therapeutical effect on hyperlipidemia. It also can improve hemorheology.
