摘要
为研究淫羊藿总黄酮、杜仲总黄酮对实验性骨质疏松症小鼠骨代谢生化指标的影响,采用维甲酸灌胃造成小鼠实验性骨质疏松症模型,同时灌服高、中、低3种剂量的含有淫羊藿总黄酮、杜仲总黄酮的供试药,检测小鼠血清总碱性磷酸酶、血清羟脯胺酸/肌酐值等指标的变化.结果显示3个给供试药剂量组的血清总碱性磷酸酶含量与模型组相比均升高,而血清羟脯胺酸/肌酐值与模型组相比下降,高、中剂量有显著性差异.表明淫羊藿总黄酮、杜仲总黄酮对维甲酸所致小鼠骨质疏松症有一定的防治作用.
To study the effects of Epimedium sagittatum flavonoids and Eucommia ulmoides flavonoids on osteoporosis mice induced by retinoic acid. Epimedium sagittatum flavonoids and Eucommia ulmoides flavonoids was fed osteoporosis mice induce by retinoic acid to observe the effect on the biochemical markers. The analysis of the data showed that the blood alkaline phosphatase ALP was higher in the mice treated with two total flavonoids than that in model, the blood HOP/Cr was significantly lower( P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with the model groups. This study suggests that those two total flavonoids can treat the osteoporosis mice induce by retinoic acid.
