摘要
以铜包装线液压升降台底座为研究对象,使用Pro/E建立底座的三维实体模型。在合理简化模型以及正确加载载荷和约束下,利用分析工具ANSYS对其进行线性静力分析。分析底座的变形特征及应力分布情况。找出变形及应力的最大位置。为后续的优化设计提供进一步的参考。
The hydraulic lift stage foundation of copper auto-packaging line as the object of study the foundation's 3-D entity model in Pro/E is established and the result with the finite element software ANSYS is analrzed.Under the condition of reasonable simplified model and correct rational loading and constraint,the linear static analysis is carried to grasp the distortion characteristic and stress distribution situation of the foundation.Then the next plan was be carried on the optimization design according to the analysis result.
