孔径可控纳米Al_2O_3载体的制备研究 被引量:1

摘要 以硝酸和廉价的偏铝酸钠为主要原料,采用化学沉淀法制备纳米氧化铝载体并对其进行了表征。实验研究了反应物浓度、成胶温度及pH值对氧化铝微观结构的影响。实验结果表明,偏铝酸钠的质量浓度为70~80g.L-1l时可获得孔容较大的载体;成胶温度在65~70℃时,平均孔径达到6.87nm以上且大孔分布集中;终点pH值为7的中性温和环境下处理不会使晶体过度增长,比表面和孔容较大,且孔径分布窄。 The nano-sized alumina carriers were synthesized with chemical precipitation method using nitric acid and inexpensive sodium aluminate as raw materials,and characterized after the shaping process.The influence of various conditions(mass concentration of sodium aluminate,precipitation temperature,and pH value) on the microscope structure of alumina was discussed.The experimental results indicate that,alumina with large pore volume could be obtained when the mass concentration of aluminum nitrate was 70~80g/L;the temperature between 65~70℃ could promote the pore size to be more than 6.87nm and the pore size to distribute intensively,especially for macropores;the neutral and mild environment with pH value of 7 was beneficial to get larger specific surface,larger pore volume and narrow pore size distribution but not for the crystal excessive growth.
