摘要
利用超临界流体干燥法在无机盐-有机溶剂体系制备大孔、高表面积超细氧化铝的过程已在前文中报道。本文主要研究了超临界流体干燥过程中使用的溶剂、铝溶液的浓度、水量及操作压力等制备条件对产物性质的影响。发现低铝浓度、水解时相对低的水含量、低的操作压力均有利于制得大孔、高表面积氧化铝。
The process for preparing ultrafine particle (UFP) alumina with high specific surface. area and large pore volume by supercritical fluid drying technique in inorganic salt-organic solvent system was reported in the previous article. In this paper, the effects of preparation parameters, including the solvent, concentration of aluminum salt solution, amount of water and operating pressure etc. , on the properties of the product have beenstudied. It has been found that lower aluminum concentration and water level as well as relatively lower operating pressure are favourable for the formation of UFP alumina of higher specific surface area.
