异恶草酮脲醛树脂微胶囊剂的研制 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究除草剂异恶草酮微胶囊的反应工艺。[方法]用原位聚合法制备以脲醛树脂为壁材的除草剂异恶草酮微胶囊剂,讨论乳化剂、搅拌速度、尿素-甲醛量比和芯皮比等对微胶囊的粒径及分布、结构、包埋率和缓释性的影响。[结果]选用OP-10为乳化剂,均质速度2000r/min,尿素-甲醛量比为1:2,芯皮比为1:1.5,控制一定的终点pH值和酸化时间,可制得结构紧密、包埋率为26.7%、粒径分布均匀且平均粒径在0.6μm左右的流动性球形固体微胶囊。[结论]异恶草酮脲醛树脂微胶囊剂是一种环境友好型制剂。 [Objective] The reaction process of the herbicide-clomazone microcapsule was studied.[Method] The method of in situ polymerization was adopted and the herbicide micro capsule of clomazone was prepared urea-formaldehyde resin as its wall material.The emulsifier,the stirring speed,the ratio of urea to formaldehyde and the ratio of core to skin etc affecting the size,distribution,structure encapsulation efficiency of microcapsule and its releasing ability were discussed.[Results] Under the condition that the OP-10 was used as emulsifier,the homogenizing speed was 2 000 r/min,the ratio of urea to formaldehyde was 1:2,the ratio of core:skin = 1:1.5 and the final pH value and acidification time were well controlled,the spherical solid microcapsules,which was with liquidity,with even distribution of particle size and average diameter of about 0.6 μm,could be prepared and its structure was tight and the embedding rate was 26.7%.[Conclusion] The microcapsule of clomazone urea-formaldehyde resin was an environmental-friendly herbicide.
