摘要
大学生的就业心理问题影响学生的就业和自身的发展。社会环境、学校教育、家庭的影响以及就业机制不完善是导致大学生就业心理问题的主要因素。解决大学生就业心理问题可从以下几方面入手:大学生自我调节,加强心理健康教育,完善就业制度,提高学生就业能力。
Employment mentality problem of college students have affected students ＇ employment and their self development. The main causes of college students＇ obtaining encployment are social environment, school education, family influence and incomplete employment mechanism. Solving colleges students＇ employment psychology problems can begin from the following aspects： their self adjustment, enhancing psychological heathy education, perfecting employment system and improving students＇ employment ability etc.
