摘要
本文以实验鸡的减蛋综合征血凝抑制抗体效价为指示系统，来确定鸡转移因子的最低有效浓度。首先，用减蛋综合征灭能油佐剂疫苗免疫实验鸡，然后将实验鸡随机分为实验组（共六个组）和对照组。给实验组的实验鸡分别肌肉注射１ｍｌ含不同剂量的高浓度鸡转移因子，对照组注射１ｍｌ生理盐水。随后，定期采血，用微量血凝抑制实验测定其抗体效价的变化。结果表明：实验组有４个组与对照组差异显著（Ｔ〉２．３０６，Ｐ〈０．０５），其它组差异不显著，最低有效浓度为０．０４ｍｌ／只高浓度鸡转移因子。
The antibody titer of hemagglutination inhibition (HI)of egg drop syndrome(EDS)was
used,as indicator,to determinate the lowest effective concentration of the chicken tranfer factor
(CTF).The experimental chickens were inoculated with EDS inactivated oil adjutant vaccine,and
the immunized chickens were randomly grouped into experimental (total 6 groups)and control
.The different dosage of high concentrated CTF was injected intramuscularly to the experimental
groups.and saline to control group,1ml for each bird.Then,the experimental chickens were
bleeded periodically and the change of antibody titer was tested by HI test.The result shows
that there are different cyesbetween experimental groups (t>1.306,p<0.05).The lowest effective
concentration is 0.04ml/each of high concentrated transfer factor.
