摘要
本文从分析全民医保给军队医院带来的机遇和挑战入手,提出军队医院要从转变经营理念、健全组织机构、提高医疗质量、强化成本核算上下功夫,尽快适应全民医保格局的到来。
This text began with the analysis of the opportunities and challenges of national medical insurance for a military hospital, then proposed that the military hospital should change the management idea, perfect the organization, improve the medical treatment quality, reinforce the cost accounting to adapt to the national medical insurance.
