摘要
任何一种经济管理理论和方法都是一定经济体制的产物 ,并服务于这种经济体制 ,我国医疗成本管理状况也是如此。随着卫生经济体制改革力度的不断加大 ,医院市场化程度越来越高 ,目前医疗成本管理现状已不能很好适应客观形势的要求 ,必须进行改革。文章结合本市各医院医疗成本管理的现状 ,全面分析了当前医院医疗成本管理存在的问题 。
Any economic management theory and method was the production of a certain economic system and served for this economic system. The medical cost management did so. With the deepening of health economic system reform, the market degree of hospital was higher and higher. The current situation of medical cost management did not meet the demand of the objective situation. This paper analyzed the exiting problems in medical cost management in term of the current situation of medical cost management in Wenling first hospital and put forward some reform ideas to reinforce and perfect medical cost management.
