摘要
此篇论文根据北京地区高校图书馆文献资源保障体系(即BALIS)运行两年多来的情况,比较美国大学图书馆的州内联盟OhioLINK(即俄亥俄州图书馆与信息合作网)的实践经验,阐述了制约BALIS资源共享的几个重要因素,并对解决方案进行可行性探讨。
On the basis of the two-year running situations of Beijing Academic Library Information System （BALIS）and comparing with the practical experiences of state-allied American academic library OhioLINK （Ohio library and information Network）,this essay expounds several important restraining factors of resource sharing of BALIS and discusses the feasibility of proposed solutions.
