论述了高校教学评估中图书馆馆藏册数指标规定的缺陷、造成的不良后果,为此提出了一些个人的看法和意见。
This paper has pointed out the defects and the consequences that stipulations brought about,and the author puts forward personal opinions and suggestions to improve the index.
