摘要
在研究生综合素质培养方面,存在以下问题:1.入学前学历、经历和目的各异;2.道德品质和医德医风严重滑坡;3.在尊敬老师和尊重同事方面的嬗变;4.师资队伍良莠不齐;5.搞科研浮夸不实。其原因分析:1.社会因素;2.教育力度不够;3.师资队伍等原因。
Some problems have been found at present about training comprehensive qualities of clinical postgraduates: 1. Differences of educational background, experience and aids, 2. Deccay in medical moral character, 3. Changing in respecting teachers and colleagues 4. No solid ground of basic medical technical ability. 5. Not being serious on scientific research. The causes may be: 1. Social problem. 2. Lack of educational power. 3. Shortage of trained teaching staff
