摘要
研究结果表明,北京553脱毒后,地上、地下部和普通苗各期生长曲线趋向基本一致,但脱毒苗植株健壮,茎叶生长迅速,光合面积大,薯块膨大早,膨大速度快,地上部与地下部生长相对协调,增产潜力大。
The growth habits of the virus - free seedling of sweetpotato var. Beijing 553 and conventional variety were studied in this paper. The results showed that the growth law of aerial and underground parts was similar between virus - free and conventional sweetpotato seedling. But the virus - free plant has the advantages of the stronger plant growth, the stem and leaves growing rapidly, larger photosynthesis area , and the root tuber expanding early and more rapidly. The growth and development of aerial and underground part were coordinated.
