摘要
为加快推广甘薯脱毒技术 ,选用不同类型甘薯品种脱毒薯进行试验研究和示范。结果表明 ,脱毒甘薯具有栽后发根返苗快 ,植株健壮 ,封垄早 ,基部分枝多 ,茎蔓生长速度快 ,叶面积指数提高 ,茎叶产量显著增加 ,结薯早 ,膨大快 ,薯块整齐而集中等生长特性 ;并具有叶绿素含量提高 ,T/R值减小 ,经济系数高等生理特点。大面积示范与小区试验结果一致 ,鲜薯产量达2 770kg/6 6 7m2 ,比CK增 5 0 5kg ,增产 2 2 .3% ,干率提高 5 .5个百分点。
For accelerating the extension of virus-free sweetpotato, several different virus-free varieties were adopted in this experiment. The results showed that virus-free plants were with characteristics of quick recovery after transplanting, stronger growth of vines, more branches in stem base, high leaf area index, high vine weight, early and quick enlargement of storage roots, uniform size of roots. In late growth stage, the chlorophyll content in leaf was higher than normal plants, and its T/R ratio reduced and the economic coefficient increased. The results obtained from large area agreed with that from plot trials. The fresh root yield reached to 2770kg/667m 2, and high by 505kg, increased by 22.3%. The dry matter content increased by 5.5 points in percentage.
