Competitive intelligence has an impact on supply-chain enterprises in the areas of product selection, competition environment monitoring, consulting and decision-making, and technology following and learning. The strategies of advancing the competitiveness of the supply chain through competitive intelligence include upgrading the competitive positions of core enterprises in supply chain by competitive intelligence ; coordinating and managing the relationship between core enterprises, suppliers and distributers; advancing the matching between supply chain types and product types; and effectively evaluating the performance of entire supply chain.
