摘要
在经济全球化条件下,企业更注重供应链管理的构建和运用,因此,供应链绩效综合评价就成为企业需要解决的重要问题。本文在借鉴供应链绩效评价研究成果的基础上,针对供应链绩效评价的目标,从战略、规划和运作三个层次分别对供应链绩效评价指标进行研究,建立了供应链绩效评价指标体系,为以后的研究工作提供了有效的参考。
Under the economic globalization, companies pay more attention to the set and application of the supply chain management. Therefore, supply chain performance synthesis appraisal will be the important issue for company. On the basis of the result of supply chain performance appraisal, the paper studies on supply chain performance appraisal index in three layers： strategies, plan and operation, aimed at the supply performance appraisal, meanwhile, it sets up supply chain performance appraisal index system to give some references for the Eater research work.
