摘要
价值创新是企业在激烈的竞争环境下获得并保持竞争优势的重要途径。利用竞争情报能够从多方面帮助企业有效地进行价值创新,包括:通过竞争情报分析企业的竞争环境、调查客户的需求、发掘价值创新的市场机会、评价替代性产品的优劣势、促进供应链环节的价值增值、维护价值创新的成果以及防范价值创新可能带来的风险等。
Carrying out value innovation turn into an important way for the corporations to win and keep the competitive advantage in the furious competitive environment at present. This paper presents that using competitive intelligence can help the corporations carrying out value innovation effectively in several ways, including: using competitive intelligence to analyze the current situation of the corporation competitive environment, to survey the requirements of client, to identify the chances for value innovation, to evaluate replace production, to promote value innovation in the supply chain, to protect the achievements and to be on guard risk of value innovation.
