摘要
本文对乳酸环丙沙星的荧光特性进行了研究，研究发现，该物质在０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸介质中有很强的荧光性质，其激发波长为２８５ｎｍ和３３０ｎｍ，发射波长为４５０ｎｍ，乳酸环丙沙星浓度在５×１０－９—１×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系。用荧光法测定注射液中乳酸环丙沙星的含量，方法简单，快捷、灵敏度高。结果令人满意。
This paper studied the spectra of ciprofloxacin lactate.It's excitation wavelength is 285nm and 330nm,emission wavelength is 450nm.The fluorescence intension is linearly related to the ciprofloxacin lactate concentration in the range of 5×10 -9 1×10 -8 mol/L.The method is simple,rapid,used for determination of ciprofloxacin lactate in injections with satisfactory results.
