摘要
以K3[Fe(CN)6]与Vc在盐酸介质中的氧化还原反应为基础,用K3[Fe(CN)6]标准溶液滴定VC,以K3[Fe(CN)6]在示波极谱图上切口的出现,用以指示滴定终点.本法简单易行,灵敏准确、终点直观、选择性强,应用于VC片剂中VC的测定以及感冒敏、强力VC银翘片中VC的测定,均获满意结果.
Oscillographic titration with K 3[Fe(CN) 6] as a titration agent was studied. The method is based on the oxidation reduction reaction of K 3[Fe(CN) 6] and vitamin C. K 3[Fe(CN) 6] gives a sharp oscillographic incision, which can be used to indicate the end point of titration. The method is proved simple, accurate and sharp to determine vitamin C.
