双波长分光光度法测定栓剂中甲硝唑、诺氟沙星的含量 被引量:10

摘要 本文采用双波长分光光度法同时测定栓剂中甲硝唑、诺氟沙星的含量;甲硝唑的测定波长为313.0nm,参比波长为261.5nm,诺氟沙星的测定波长为283.5nm,参比波长为340.5nm,甲硝唑的平均回4文率为100.74%,RSD为0.71%;诺氟沙星的平均回收率为100.05%,RSD为0.65%。该法快速、简便,结果准确,适用于该制剂质量控制。 dual wavelength spectrophotometry was described for determination of metronidazole and norfloxacin insuppository. The sample wavelength was 313 nm and the reference wavelength was 261nm for metronidazole. Thesample wavelength was 283nm and the reference wavelength was 340nm for norfloxacin. The recoveries of metro-nidazole and norfloxacin were 100. 71 % ± 0. 71 % and 100. 05% ± 0. 65% respectively. This method is simple. It issuitable for quality control of suppositories containing metronidazole and norfloxacin.
