摘要 用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了健康成年男性及慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液中微量元素锌、铜、锰,确定了三种元素最佳仪器工作条件,对共存元素的干扰情况进行了研究。该方法简便、快速、准确,相对标准偏差在2.5%以内,回收率为96.0%-102.0%。 The contents of trace elements Zn,Cu and Mn in prostate fluid for healthy man and chronic prostatitis patients have been determined by FAAS.The operating condition of the instrument was optimized in three elements.The interferences from common coexistent elements were studied.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.Its relative standard deviations (RSD%) were less than 2.5%,and the rates of recovery were 96.0%-102% in between.
