摘要
头孢哌酮钠在0.05mol/LH2SO4溶液中,形成一良好的示波极谱导数峰。峰电位为-0.82V(vs.SCE).峰电流与头孢哌酮钠的浓度在1.0×10-7~2.0×10-6mol/L范围内成线性关系。检出限为5.0×10-8mol/L.回收率在94.0%~102.0%之间。并用于尿样的测定,得到满意的结果。用线性扫描和循环伏安法等手段研究体系的伏安行为,特别是吸附性。实验表明,该体系属具有吸附性的不可逆过程。
In
0.05mol/L H 2SO 4 solution, a sensitive reduction peak of cefoperazonium was obtained by
single sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential E p is -0.82V( vs .SCE). The peak
current is directly proportional to the concentration of cefoperazonium over the range of 1.0×10
-7 ~2.0×10 -6 mol/L with the detection limit of 5.0×10 -8 mol/L. The method has been
successfully applied to the determination of cefoperazonium in urine sample. The
electrochemical behaviour of cefoperazonium was also studied by linear sweep and cyclic
voltammetry. It has been shown that the wave is an irreversible adsorption wave.
