摘要
在 HAc- Na Ac(p H 4.2 0 )底液中 ,用单扫示波极谱法可得到一个灵敏的阿西美辛导数还原峰 ,峰电位为 - 1 .2 2 V(vs.SCE)。峰电流与阿西美辛浓度在1 .0× 1 0 -7~ 8.0× 1 0 -6mol/L范围内呈线性关系 (r=0 .9994) ,检出限为 1 .0×1 0 -8mol/L。该法已应用于模拟尿样和胶囊中阿西美辛含量的测定。
In a supporting electrolyte containing HAc NaAc at pH 4.20, a sensitive derivative reduction peak of acemetacin was found by single sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential is -1.22V( vs .SCE). The relationship between peak current and concentration of acemetacin was linear in the range of 1.0×10 -7 ~8 0×10 -6 mol/L( r =0 994) in the range of detection limit of 1.0×10 -8 mol/L. The method was applied to determination of acemetacin in urine sample and capsule with satisfactory results.
