摘要
在弱酸性介质中,头孢哌酮钠能够阻抑K2S2O8减弱曙红Y的荧光,由此建立了阻抑动力学荧光法测定头孢哌酮钠含量的新方法。头孢哌酮钠的质量浓度在1.0~20.0μg/mL范围内与其荧光强度呈良好线性关系(R=0.9976),对浓度为10.0μg/mL的头孢哌酮钠进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%,检出限为0.038μg/mL。该法简便、快速、可靠,用于药物制剂中头孢哌酮钠含量的测定,结果令人满意。
Based on the inhibitory effect of cefoperazone sodium on the oxidation of eosin Y by K2S2O8 in weakly acidic medium, an inhibitory kinetic fluorimetric method is developed for the determination of cefoperazone sodium. The linear range of the determination is 1.0-20.0 μg/mL(R=0. 9976)with the detection limit of 0. 038 μg/mL. And the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 2.0%. This method is simple, rapid and credible, which can be used for the determination of cefoperazone sodium in pharmaceutical formulation.
