摘要
目的综述国内外兽医学的研究现状和发展动态,提出未来5年我国军事兽医学的发展设想。方法采用情报调研方法 ,检索近5年来国内外兽医学领域的研究论文,总结国内外兽医学科领域取得的新知识、新理论、新技术和新成就,分析国内外重大动物疫病和人兽共患病的防控局势及学科发展趋势。结果近5年来,兽医学研究的重要学科相互交叉与渗透。随着大规模测序与生物信息学技术的发展,兽医学在病原体的基因组学、蛋白质组学与生物信息研究方面取得了一些高水平成果,为科学研究与创新提供了高效手段。我军兽医工作在科研条件建设、专业人才培训、医学科研等方面取得了重大进展,动物疫病和人兽共患病防控成绩显著。结论军队兽医要密切跟踪国际最新的理论和技术,重点开展重要疫病的防控技术研究、反向疫苗学和新型基因重组载体的构建和改造、动物性食品安全研究、生物恐怖战剂及其侦检研究。
Objective To summarize the research status and developmental trends of veterinary sciences home and abroad,and present a development plan of military veterinary sciences in the coming five years. Methods The literature of veterinary sciences published in recent five years were retrieved by information research methods. The new knowledge,theories,techniques and achievements were described,and the situation on prevention and control of serious animal epidemic diseases and zoonosis were analyzed. Results In the past five years,the predominant features on veterinary researches were overlapping and infiltrating among different subjects. With the development of large-scale sequencing and bio-informatics,some high-level achievements emerged in the genomics,proteomics and biological information of veterinary pathogens,which provided efficient methods for veterinary research and innovations. Several significant progresses in military veterinary field had been achieved including improvement in research facilities,training of professional staff and medical researches. Some important achievements had been obtained in prevention and control of animal epidemic diseases and zoonosis. Conclusions For military veterinary sciences,more attentions should be paid on the latest progresses of new theories and techniques,especially of the prevention,control and treatment of important epidemics,reverse vaccinology,construction and modification of new gene recombinant vectors,and of the security of animal foodstuff and the detection techniques of bio-terrorism agents.
