摘要
生产实践表明,食用菌栽培中应用稀土元素具有增产效应。试验证明,稀土元素对食用菌菌丝具有一定的活性,既可以促进菌丝的生长,增加菌丝干物质量,又可以改善品质,提高产品营养价值。无稀土残留,符合卫生标准。
Production practice showed that application of rare earth element to edible fungi culture could increase yield. Experimental result indicated that rare earth element may promote growth of hypha and increase weight of dry matter, and also improve quality and nutrient value of edible fungi. No rare earth element residuum appeared in edible fungi, this tallies with food sanitation standard.
