摘要
报道了用稀土液培养紫孢侧耳菇孢子的研究过程．研究表明，用２０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１、５０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１的稀土液培养紫孢侧耳菇孢子，明显促进孢子萌发，加速菌丝生长，防止菌种衰退变异．
It was reported that the process of study on rare-earth effcting spore of Pleurotus sapidus germinating. The spore cultured in 20 mg·L-1 or 50 mg·L-1 rare-earth solution not only developed spore germinating and accelerated hyphac growing, but also prevented the strain failing and variation.
