摘要
目的:建立测定心灵丸中人参皂苷Rg_1、Re和Rb_1含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Agilent Hypersil ODS(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),色谱柱,流动相A(乙腈),B(水),梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:203nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg_1在0.5～5.2μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为0.6%;人参皂苷Re在0.09～0.89μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为0.5%;人参皂苷Rb_1在0.4～4.1μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为0.5%。结论:方法简便准确,可用于该制剂质量控制。
To establish an HPLC method for determination the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 , Re and Rb1 in Xinling Pills. Method： Agilent Hypersil ODS C18 column （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the acetonitrile （ A ） -water （ B ） as mobile phase, for gradient elution the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 203nm. Result： The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg1 , Re and Rb1 were at 0.5 - 5.2 μg （ r = 0.999 9 ）, 0.09 - 0.89 μg（ r = 0. 999 7 ）, 0.4 - 4.10μg（ r = 0. 999 9 ）, the average recoveries（n =6）, were 98.1% ,98.5% and 97.8% with RSD 0.6% ,0.9% and 0.5% respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple and reliable, it can be used for quality control of xirding pills.
