二灰碎石最佳配合比的灰色关联分析 被引量:3

摘要 设计集料级配,确定石灰粉煤灰和外加剂的最佳比例,并采用体积设计法对二灰混合料进行配合比设计;研究了二灰混合料的强度、刚度、抗收缩和抗冲刷性能随石灰粉煤灰比例的变化规律,并采用灰色关联优选最佳配合比。研究表明:增加粉煤灰比例,混合料的力学性能提高,抗冲刷性能降低,抗收缩性能无明显影响;加入NC能提高混合料的综合性能。运用基于综合路用性能的灰色关联分析,是一种能克服单指标设计缺陷的评价方法。 The design grading of aggregates,determined lime-fly-ash and admixtures the best proportion and uses the volume design method to lime-fly-ash stabilized mixture design.The regularity of the strength,rigidity,anti-contraction and anti-erosion performances of lime-fly-ash stabilized mixture varying with the ratio of lime-fly-ash is studied,and the optimal mixing of lime-fly-ash is optimized with the grey relation analysis.The results of research show: the mechanical performances of lime-fly-ash stabilized mixture increases,anti-erosion performances decreases and the anti-contraction is of no significant effect as the proportion of fly-ash raises;NC can help to improve the synthetical performances.The grey relation analysis is one kind effective material assessment method which can overcome the disadvantage of the single target design being not able to pay attention to other road performances.
