摘要
利用自行设计的应力腐蚀加载试验装置,研究了三分点加荷与Na2SO4腐蚀溶液耦合作用下,应力水平、试验龄期、干湿循环等试验参数对粉煤灰混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:掺加粉煤灰可以有效地改善水泥混凝土的应力腐蚀状况。相对于常规试验条件和普通混凝土,在以Na2SO4为腐蚀介质的溶液中,应力的存在会明显地加速粉煤灰混凝土的腐蚀破坏,并且随着应力水平增加、试验龄期延长和干湿循环次数的增多,其破坏作用越大。
Using the loading test equipment of stress corrosion specially designed, with the simultaneous action of the third point loading and corrosion solution of Na2SO4, authors study the influence of test parameters, such as stress level, test age and dry-wet circle on the mechanical character of fly-ash-cement concrete. The results show that fly-ash can effectively improve the stress corrosion character of cement concrete. Compared to common test condition and popular cement concrete, in corrosion medium solution of Na2SO4, stress will definitely accelerate the corrosion damage of fly-ash-cement concrete, and the damage gets more serious with the increase of stress level, test age and dry-wet circle number.
