摘要
通过室内试验和理论分析,认为石灰、粉煤灰之间通过形成空间网格结构、凝胶结构和凝胶结晶缩合结构促使二灰产生相应的结构强度。由于这些结构在形成的时间顺序和对强度贡献的程度上存在较大的差异,使石灰、粉煤灰类材料在早期(3 d左右)强度形成上表现出一定的独特性。研究结果表明,在保证结构完整的基础上,二灰材料具有显著的早期强度可再生恢复性,初期的结构破坏不会影响这类材料最终强度的形成。
Through laboratory experiment and theoretical analysis, it is found that the structural strength of the mixture of lime and fly-ash can be promoted by the formation of space network structure, gelatin structure and gelatin-crystal structure among lime and fly-ash. Because of the quite differences that these structures developing at the time sequence and their contribution to strength formation, the mixture of lime and fly-ash presents certain characteristics on strength formation during the initial time. The results indicate that lime and fly-ash has significant strength recoverability at early stage (about 3 d) if the mixture is compacted well. The structural damage in the mixture of lime and fly-ash at early stage rarely affects the final strength of the mixture. 1 tab, 7 figs, 10 refs.
