摘要
利用RecurDyn软件,建造了带式输送机模型,专门分析带式输送机启动过程的动态特性。经过分析带式输送机在启动时间为20 s、15 s、10 s时的输送带张力,驱动和尾部滚筒的速度、加速度、扭矩,以及拉紧装置的位移的变化。得出启动时间为20 s时输送带张力曲线、驱动和尾部滚筒的速度、加速度、扭矩,以及拉紧装置的位移曲线较理想,启动效果最好的结论。
In accordance with the principle of the static gradually accelerated to the rated speed of the startup, after analyzing the starting curve of HARRISION method, the cosine method and NORDELL method, the best method to start using cosine curve effect conclusion.
