摘要
潘北矿12124工作面采用旋转开采,临近旋采时,胶带输送机需随运输巷的转折而转弯,出煤系统由于转角的存在,使煤流系统出现中断,无法保证下一步的正常出煤。为增加综采工作面推进长度,减少综采工作面搬家次数,提高煤炭资源采出率,需对原胶带输送机进行改造。根据运输巷与运输设备的参数,通过对少量原托辊架、H架进行加工、重新组装,使之平缓转弯,实现了旋采期间的正常出煤,使工作面走向长度延长了430 m,多采出煤量28万t。
Revolving mining was adopted on 12124 working face in Panbei Coal Mine. Where approaching revolving mining, belt convey or needs to turn with the turning of transport crossheading. Corner exists in the coal system makes the coal flow system interruptions, and cannot ensure the next normal coal production. To increase the length of fullymechanized working face advancing, reduce the moving number of mechanized mining face, improve the coal recovery ratio, it is necessary to transform the original belt conveyor. According to the parameters of transport crossheading and transport equipment, and a small amount of the original supporting rollers and H stents were processed and restructured, the belt conveyor has acquired gentle turning, which ensured normal coal mining during the revolving mining,prolonged 430 meters of working face and increased 280,000 tons of coal.
