水中54种挥发性有机物的顶空-气相色谱法研究 被引量:12

Study on method for 54 kinds of volatile organic compounds-VOCs in water using static headspace analysis in gas chromatography/mass spectrometer

摘要 目的:利用HS-GC技术,建立水中54种挥发性有机物的测定方法。方法:通过顶空技术对水样中挥发性有机物提取、浓缩水样,建立了水样中54种挥发性有机物的HS-GC-FID分析方法。结果:建立的方法回收率在81%~121%之间,测定精密度RSD在0.79%~14.2%之间,检出限在0.03 mg/L~0.19 mg/L之间(SIM模式)。结论:建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏、可靠性强。 Objective:A method for the determination of 54 kinds of volatile organic compounds in water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with static headspace analysis was established.Methods:The volatile organic compounds in water samples were extracted and concentrated by static headspace.The optimum conditions were tested and discussed.Results:The limit of detection of this method was found to be 0.03 mg/L~0.19 mg/L for SIM mode.The recovery was found to be 81%~121% and its RSD to be 0.79%~14.2%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,high sensitivity and high accuracy.
