摘要 "园本课程"不是外来的课程,而是在幼儿园内部逐渐生长起来的课程。"园本课程"体现了课程决策权的再分配,不同的目的和目标使得不同的幼教机构存在不同的课程。幼儿园教师是"园本课程"开发的主导者,在开发中起着不可或缺的作用。"园本课程"开发是幼儿园自主进行的,它的实施成效不可能依赖于国家用类似于外部统一考试等评价手段来检测。在"园本课程"开发过程中,关键在于正确理解"园本课程",避免流于形式和增加教师和幼儿的负担。 Kindergarten- Based Curriculum is not a foreign course,but one locally growing in kindergartens.It reflects the redistribution of decision - making authority. Different goals and objectives may vary the courses in preschool institutions. The successful development of KBC lies in a professional team of teachers,because kindergarten teachers are the dominators of KBC exploitation and they also play an indispensable role in its implementation. The operation of KBC is carried out in kindergartens and its effectiveness can not be evaluated by other national or external unified examinations. We should attach importance to the correct understanding of KBC, problems in KBC exploitation and try to avoid formalism and heavier burden on teachers and children.
