三孢布拉霉菌产β-胡萝卜素发酵条件的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用单因素轮换法优化β-胡萝卜素合成的发酵条件,考察因素包括正负菌种龄、发酵周期、接种量、正负菌种接种比例、初始pH、发酵温度、装液量、摇床转速。结果表明,三孢布拉霉菌的最佳摇瓶发酵条件为:正菌种龄12h~15h、负菌种龄25h~30h、发酵周期120h、接种量20%、正负菌种接种比例2:3、初始pH6.5、发酵温度28℃、装液量50mL/250mL三角瓶、摇床转速200rpm,β-胡萝卜素产量为28.8mg/L。 The elementary fermentation conditions were obtained through a series of single factor rotation method. Based on the analysis of these results, the optimal culture conditions were confirmed by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions are: seed age of strain (+) 12~15h and strain (-) 25~30h、fermentation time 120h、inoculum size 20%、 the ratio of strain (+) to strain (-)2:3、original pH6.5、culture temperature 28℃、medium volumes 50mL/250mL triangular flask、rotating speed 200 rpm. β-carotene production was 28.8mg/L.
