摘要
阐述了ZG27SiMn合金铸钢大采高柱帽的铸造质量和成分控制原则。通过所给出的质量控制原则、正火热处理工艺及相应的操作方法,成功地进行了ZG27SiMn合金钢铸造大采高支架柱帽,柱帽的性能完全满足要求,为合金钢铸件的生产、正火热处理技术的推广应用提供了重要参考。
The control principles of cast quality and composition of prop cap of large mining height with ZG27SiMn alloy steel are expaundel.Industrialized production of ZG27SiMn prop cap of large mining height was successfully realized by using the principles,the technological specification of heat treatment completely satisfies the requirement.An important reference is prorided for generalizing the normalizing heat treatment technology of alloy steel casting.
